As a Senior Director, I bring a unique perspective to legal recruitment that combines my experience as a practicing attorney, in-house legal recruiter, and agency recruiter. With over a decade in the field, I’m dedicated to helping attorneys achieve their career aspirations while connecting law firms with exceptional talent. I also possess bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
My journey in legal recruitment began at Knobbe, Martens, Olson & Bear, LLP, an AM Law 200 firm, where I spent nearly eight years as the Attorney Recruiting Manager. There, I led a team focused on sourcing top legal talent, particularly in the intellectual property sector.
Next, I served as the Managing Director of Recruiting at a national search firm. In this role, I placed attorneys across various practice areas, including Labor & Employment, Real Estate, Construction, Corporate, Intellectual Property, and Environmental law, in both boutique and large law firms.
My comprehensive experience allows me to provide valuable insights and guidance to both attorneys seeking career growth and law firms looking to strengthen their teams. I’m committed to fostering long-term partnerships and ensuring successful placements that benefit both candidates and employers.
Outside of my professional life, I cherish time with my family, including my husband and three boys. We enjoy embarking on “Helms Family Adventures,” creating memories and exploring new experiences together.
